AGRI COOL at MOP 36

We are pleased to announce that the AGRI COOL project will be showcased at the 36th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, taking place from 28 October – 01 Nov 2024 in Thailand, Bangkok. This important meeting brings together representatives from governments, organizations, and industry stakeholders committed to protecting the ozone layer and promoting sustainable practices in refrigeration and air conditioning.

The 36th Meeting of the Parties serves as a vital forum for discussing progress on the implementation of the Montreal Protocol, addressing emerging challenges, and reinforcing global efforts to phase out ozone-depleting substances. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in discussions on various topics, including the importance of sustainable cooling solutions in achieving climate goals and the impact of refrigerants on both the ozone layer and global warming.

The IIR will have a booth as part of this event and use this platform to showcase the AGRI COOL project and its commitment in promoting sustainable cooling practices in the agricultural sector.
